Dudley Zoological Gardens Rebrand
Dudley zoo opened to the public on 18th May 1937 , the 40 acre site is located within the grounds of Dudley Castle. A team of modernist architects designed the zoo using reinforced concrete creating a revolutionary new design of building, Tectons. With over 200 species of animals the zoo is linked to international conservation and breeding programmes and has received many awards. I wanted to create a rebrand that ties in with this modernist style. Bold, simplistic, design that works. Exactly like how modernist architecture works. 'You are required to produce a full rebrand for the zoo. This will include a revised corporate identity, a logo which includes some aspects of modernist design, printed materials, digital materials and signage. You must maintain a consistent brand identity when transferring across different mediums and platforms.' |
